City To City Buses Johannesburg Park Station

Worst traveling experience I have ever had, the driver was late, more than 2 hours late to be exact!! no apology was given to passengers, after we left the station, the driver collected some goods I assumed it's buckets he will sell in Mozambique I don't know, The bus got really hot and the driver did not give us sometime to get some water and to relief ourself after stranding us... Is this normal? Or is it because most of us who use your services are poor or struggling so u take us 4 granted and think we are stupid?
