City to City bus tickets

On 15 April 2025 I booked and paid for tickets on Computicket for City to City bus carriers and would like to amend the departure date. I have sent an e-mail, twice to City to City (to no avail), contacted various numbers and have been cut-off numerous times. Is it seriously this difficult the simply amend a departure date????
