CITY TO CITY BUS SERVICES IS THE WORST NIGHTMARE .SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

City to city buses they no nothing about customer service . I booked a bus from Mount Alyff Eastern cape to Pretoria. Bus was suppose to depart at 17:00 on the 17/01/2020. I got to the bus station 1 hour earlier to ensure that I was on time , mind you I am travelling with a 4 months old baby. The bus did not arrive until 22:00pm we have been waiting. No communication has been sent with regarding to bus not pitching . Another driver for another bus informed us that City to City is on strike !!!!$#$# What $@#. Now my child is restless , I must organize transport back home which cost me R200 now . Such inconvenience. I would never recommend this bus service to anyone , this is so unreliable. Now I'm missing my 1 big life opportunity in PTA because of your bad service. I am really disappointed and ****ed off to the CORE.
