City to City bus services

City to City bus services is the worst! My mother (who is a senior citizen) booked a ticket and the bus was suppose to leave at 16H00 from Worcester to George. After waiting an hour already they send a message to inform the people that the bus is going to be an hour late. That was a complete lie! Instead of arriving in George at 21H00 like the ticket indicated the bus only arrived in george at 03:04. the bus was 5 hours late! Not even a apology nothing! City to City is the worst bus service ever! have no consideratin for the elderly or ladies that have small babies and children that is travelling with them.
