City to City bus ****

So I bought a bus ticket from Mpumalanga to Johannesburg on the 15.09.2021 for me and my son however the bus didn't pitch on the 16.09.2021 and whenever we call the their customers number on the slip we are given a run around or the calls are answered then dropped or not answered at all. I feel like this a City to City bus scan because alot of people are complaining about the same thing online and their numbers are never answered. I'm very disgusted by this appalling service. MY money went down the drain so people rather look for another bus if they tell you only City to City will be traveling that particular day.
