City to City bus poor performance and bad time keeping

The service sucks, for the second time in one week I'm not happy at all. On the first day the drivers were sending us from peeler to post, they didn't know which bus going to which destination they took an hour to get the passengers on the right busses, we had an hour running from bus to bus. Today the bus was supposed to leave at 8:30 but it left at 9:00. This is so unprofessional.
