City to City Bus

Yesterday I booked a bus for 9:30am for pmb , 19 November 2025. I arrived at the station at 9am. Just to find out the bus has problems in pta. The staff was not helpful, especially the man with a zcc badge , I don't have his name because he was not wearing his uniform. He was rude and arrogant. The que marshal was communicating conflicting updates regarding the status of the bus. The Zcc guy refused to give me a refund. I had to book another bus line because I had a timeline to meet. I am disappointed to the core
