City to City bus

<p>Good day all.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to lodge a complaint, a bus that i boarded last week wednesday from Joburg to Flagstaff. My big problem was the aircon, i complained to the driver cos i have chest problems and no one heard my cries. The bus i was on is number 377 & on my way back it was 401. Now I am so sick with chest pains and had to go to a doctor and on sick leave that i didnt plan. Could you please be so kind and advise your drivers to attend to the passengers needs to accormodate all of us. I really love using the bus trust me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Pumza Kotsholo</p>
