City to city bus

I am so angry! Bcz I booked the bus city to city from Mount to Cape town , on the 01/02/2022 The bus didn't come! Took another bus, by the second I was in city to city Cape town offices for my refund , they told me leave the details, they will call me , on Tuesday by the 08/02/2022 I went back bcz I didn't receive any call , they told me that I must leave the ticket the manager will sort the refunds tomorrow meaning by the 09/02/2022 till today there is. Nothing bcz I also left my banking details , I am very angry bcz I want my money please!!! I don't want any argument about that
