City to City band service

City need to improve the service .I booked a bus from George to Capetown for 23/01/2018.I was the station 30 minutes before my bus as city to city's instruction the bus came after an hour .No explanation given by the office in George the lady told me when bus kynsna they will receive a call ,I called the number on the ticket ,the lady advised me ask from the office,when then bus come after an hour they told me that they doing relay T hey got the bus frm Port Elizabeth no straight answer.They have our telephone numbers no apology no nothing for the client ,but is not in the good condition at all
