City to city, Bad management

We bought a city to city bus at Shoprite. The trip was from Johannesburg Park Station to thoyandou for 08h05 25/10/2019,but the bus only arrived at 08h45. When we had to get in the bus it was full to a point where I could not get a seat and I sat next to this other lady , my friend had to sit at the back away from me. The ladies husband came over and said that he wants to sit next to his wife and that I ust move then the driver also tried to convi me otherwise to get off the bus and take the next bus the will only arrive in thoyandou 3 hours later. I refused and the driver threatened me. I am very upset and disappointed in the service of city to city. How can they book more tickets for people without checking availability. This is so unprofessional and it was my first time using the bus and I will not use it ever again.
