City to City and Translux are in shambles

On 22 September 2023 I was supposed to board City to City at Shell Ultra City, N1 Highway at 18h00 to Alice Eastern Cape and only received a call at 19h00 that the bus is late and will arrive at 20h00, the bus only came at 21h00 and no apology was offered.

Translux and City to City are now in shambles compared to their glory days, I'll never recommend them to anyone, it's either they are too cold, too warm, smell of urine or are late.
