I bought a ticket online on June 4 2020 never got my ticket when I asked the offices at they said I must go to their joburg offices with copy Id,bank statement showing the payment which I did and dealt with Vivian no refund received , booked again on 17 September thinking the issue was resolved and again no ticket and no refund and I dealt with Enthia while waiting for that on 21 September another deduction just went off without my concern no refund ,nobody answer their phone which was given to me for follow up on *** This is pathetic
