The worst experience in cistomer service. This company is a **** and they operate with no integrity. Be carefull to book you tickets or make any travel arrangements with them. No phone number is answeree, emails is returning undelivered, not even Checkers or Shoprite which operates as agents, can assist on any system to verify ,confirm or trace a booking. Transaction is through on the bank account, but O received no verification, confirmation or reference of this transaction, so the money is lost. Be carefull. Not even one star is fair towards their ****full operations.
