City 2 city of Nonsense

I'm so disappointed at the bus service and an inconvenience they caused us last week we paid 2 tickets in 2days and the bus did not come at the station to top it off communication was not correct so I request my refund and please train stuff af shoprite Fort Beaufort 2 not lie to commuters I'm beyond disgusted how the system is manipulated to sell tickets yet da is no proper service
