Changed stops

I'm disgusted by the attitude of the translux drivers. I departed from PLZ on Sunday 9:30pm. I arrived just before 10 am in Cape Town. I was dropped off at Belleville train station. The drivers told us the stops have changed which is something that was never communicated with us throughout the journey. my driver was waiting for me at Metropolitan stop. They did not even care to explain but instead they got ****ed off when passengers probed for explanation. I was stranded there for an hour because my phone battery had already died. Translux service is really poor and sickening. Not to even mention the ****roaches in the bus.
