Call Centre not available
I wanted to report an unused bus ticket (travel date 14 August 2015) on Saturday, 15 August 2015, but could not reach anyone at the call centre. The phones were just ringing with no-one answering. Eventually on Monday, 17 August 2015 I managed to speak to the call centre and then they told me that the ticket is no longer valid because I did not report it within 48 hours of the ticket not being used. I asked them how can I report it if they don't answer there phones and was then greeted with an attitude of \you did not follow the regulations
