Bust trip from hell

My wife travels from Sedgefield to Cape Town with 2 kids under 5. The bus is 2 hours late , which one can forgive as there isn't much control in this regard , although once you read the rest of this review you will begin to question. Once on the bus there is a distinct errant smell of faeces resonating from the toilet which probably wasn't attended 2 for days. ****roaches seemingly coming out of every ventilation gap. ****roaches made their way into the baby's bag where all the nappies/ milk and bottles are. As it started getting darker the ****roach problem got even worse , when a request to keep the lights on in the cabin was put through the driver couldn't care less. It took other passengers to convince him as he clearly had an issue with a woman speaking to him. Once they got to Robertson the driver decide to do a U Turn without informing passengers , when confronted he says there is an issue with the bus. Believing this everyone settled ,only to find out that he had forgotten to pick up a passenger on route due to he's incompetence and unprofessional-ism. (We have this on record as a video recording). By the time I picked up my traumatized family in Cape Town , I was met by what appeared to be a white bus , that was filthy with dirt that was caked on from the outside you could barely see the rear licence plate. I had the good sense to bring two refuse bags to quarantine the luggage to ensure no ****roach infestation at home or in my car. Once home we were met by colony of tiny babies in between the luggage. This has to be the worst case of negligence I have ever come across in my life. That coach was so infested with roaches that burning iot might not have helped. The fact that Translux can happily accept customers money knowing that they are preying on people that will not complain. I cannot believe how bad this was , a month prior i went up with INTERCAPE and had no such issue , in fact INTERCAPE had two drivers on board in case of an emergency. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR TRANSLUX OR CITY TO CITY !!!!!
