Bus was over 5 hours late!!!

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had while travelling. Not only was the bus over 5 hours, but when it eventually arrived at 00:20, the drivers were rude and no apology or explanation was offered to us. Attempts to call the customer care number, the reservation number as well as various ticket sales outlines were unfruitful, they just rang unanswered. The bus was supposed to leave at 19:30 and arrive in Bloemfontein at 00:10 but instead it ended up leaving at 1AM. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and some form of restitution needs to be made.
