Bus two hours late

<p>I had a trip booked from Plettenberg Bay to Cape Town for 10am. At 10:15 I called the call centre and was told it should be there by 10:30. At 10:45 I called again and they said they would find out where the bus is and return my call. At 11:00 I called again and was told that the bus was still 45 min away. Cannot believe such terrible service.</p>
