Bus ticket

I miss a bus yesterday from mount ayliff I call for re booking then they couldn't send me banking details via email I had to have a pen which I didn't have that time. Today I'm calling every number they have on there website but no one picks up the phone some no longer exist, I send two emails to get help no response now I'm stuck with 4 tickets and I want to go to Johannesburg today n come back tomorrow it's an emergency
