BUS TICKET
On 29 June 2015 my daughter had to leave for Oudtshoorn where she is currently a student. She bought a ticket at Shoprite. When she gave the ticket to the bus driver, he said her name was not on the list and that the ticket had expire. The date was 2015-06-28 Sunday, whereby the bus left on Monday morning. The bus driver phoned th call centre whereby they told him the ticket expired. I had to pay R260-00 again.
My concern is, the ticket of May, which have the same dates stating the Sonday 2015-05-28, while the bus left on a Monday was correct. Her name was on the list in May month.
Why was her name on the list of May if the date'and day was wrong as it was with the ticket of June, because according to my understanding the date's and days of May and June are the same, she could've left with the ticket in May but in June she could not.. I want a explanation because if they told us in May the date were wrong we should have known but instead her name was on the list for that date. No argument about the ticket had expired
Please look into this matter as I want my money back because according to me the ticket was correct as it was the same as May's ticket
