Bus super late

Bought a ticket on Monday from Johannesburg to Bloemfontein,the bus was to depart at 19:00. Sat at parkstation for 4 hours and 30 minutes. No proper communication as to what the issue was,they just kept on saying the busy is coming. I ended up losing a days worth of work,this is totally unacceptable.
