Bus service sucks!!!

<p>We booked city to city bus tickets from Jhb to Mpumalanga on the 15th June 2017 for 9:00. We arrived at Park Station at 8 and we went to the departure point waiting for the 9:00 bus but no bus came. We tried enquiring about the whereabouts of the bus but that didn't help cos no one could tell us anything accept saying that we must wait. After about 4 hours still no bus and the people started getting irritated and only then someone told us that the bus is on the way and if the bus isnt there in the next 15 min then we can go ask for a refund. The bus came 13:30 only. Now waiting from 9:00 till 13:30 was unacceptable and very unprofessional. I am very disgusted at city to city and this company needs to be closed down completely. </p>
