Bus not pitching up

City to City bus is so disappointing buses never pitches sometime and we are left stranded in the streets. I don't know why Putco had to leave us with such a horrible supplier. I bought a bus ticket worth R825 and 4 times I had not used a bus to work because they decide not to come . Am feed up and tried to communicate with them but there never pick up there office phones.<br> <br> I need my refund for the remaining trips and rather use taxis to work than having to pay double for poor service.
