Bus not pitching

I booked a City to City bus ticket from Kokstad to Pretoria. It was supposed to leave at 18:40pm. I have been waiting at the station since 17:00pm. No bus has arrived. I called the call center and the agent was unhelpful and rude. I am stranded at the station.
