Bus nightmare

On Thursday, 26 March 2015, I bought my bus ticket for a 16:10 City to City bus from Pretoria to Cape Town. I waited 3 hours for the bus which actually left Pretoria at around 19:30. No one came to address us, no one explained why there was a delay, this only showed me that Translux is incapable of providing quality affordable buses, instead we get pathetic service and ****roach infested buses. Due to their failure to deliver I was 4 hours late for check-in and missed the activities I had booked for that day because they promised we'd be in Cape Town at 11:00 which actually turned out to be 16:00. I am highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend this bus service to any of my friends or family.
