Bus never showed up

We booked a bus that was supposed to depart east london to jhb at 13h30 but now it's 19h40 still no bus, they closed the office and left us outside. I am traveling with 3 kids and we stay in the villages outside of town. No communication no telephone pick up. We are stranded on the streets and all I need is my money back
