Bus never pitched

<p>Good day</p> <p>I booked my two sisters on a bus from Kokstad to JHB for yesterday 27/07/2016 and the bus never pitched…</p> <p>Today we get told to go on todays bus. What kind of service is this where the dates just change and no one at Translux seems to care</p> <p>what costs we’ve had to go through just to get to the Wimpy bar Kokstad only to sit there for hours and the bus never comes.</p> <p>I am so disappointed as we have used Translux for more than 10years. Our numbers are taken when we buy the ticket but we were never called to be warned about this,My sisters sat there at night in the cold waiting for a Bus that never came thinking it might be late.</p> <p> </p> <p>What about the money I have spent to get my sisters to Wimpy bar and to find nothing there?</p> <p>I didn’t expect this from such a reputable brand!<br /><br />i spoke to a Lady at Customer care today which i wont mention her name... all she did was keep giving me differant customer care numbers. These people dont care about their customers!!!!</p>
