Bus left too early

Dear City To City

I was supposed to travel from Johannesburg to Durban on 28 February 2019 at 20h45. My ticket number/reference is ********** 3. I arrived at the check in counter at 20h38 and i was told the bus had already left!!!!May you kindly refund me the amount of R190 whih i paid for the trip becuase the bus was supposed to leave at the earliest time 20h45 and not earlier.

I manged to pay and book for another ticket from Eldo (that bus also left at 21h30 instead of 22h00 as stated on the ticket. The reason why i am mentioning Eldo and attaching the ticket is so that you may see the time that the ticket was issued ie 20h54 and that should highlight that i was at Park station in good ti
