Bus left Passengers standing

Booked a Translux bus from Mt Frere to Jhb scheduled to leave at 19h05. A bus passed by the garage without stopping. When we called the call centre we got different stories. The one was that they are trying to organise another bus to get all the passengers that were left behind. Another story was that the drivers of the bus being organised are drunk so there won't be a bus. Then another one was that the bus broke down in Mthatha. The last which seems to be the real story was that the bus was overbooked in Mthatha and now all passengers after Mthatha have been left behind. We are now told more than 3 hrs later in no formal way that we must call the call centre and rebook for tomorrow. People have been waiting outside, their lives could have been endangered and no one is taking responsibility from Translux. Whatever information we are getting it has been our own efforts. I'm told sales people are only available on Mon. People are stranded with no way of going back home and no one cares about them. They are basically told to see for themselves what to do. People need to get to their jobs and Translux doesn't care. We are yet to receive a call advising us on what to do now.
