Bus Left 10 minutes early
I booked a bus for 19:00 to King William's town, the bus took off at 18:50, when I got to Park Station the bus was leaving. The staff at the ticket office was so rude and had such bad attitude. They couldn't even bother helping, my 15 year year old brother had to run like a headless chicken to stop the damn thing and no one even bothered to apologize, when complained, I was told that, \our clocks are not the same"such nonsense and arrogant behavior from people who are supposed to work with the community. <br> <br> This has got to be the worst thing and it's not the first time someone got left behind by a bus"

We are very sorry to hear about your incident but the reason we take your number is for emergency purposes and if your read our conditions of carriage, it states that the passenger must be there at least a half an hour before departure and Translux and City and City will do everything in their power to keep to the timetable unless there is a mechanical breakdown.
