Bus leavign teh station 15 minutes before time

Today I had to catch a Translux bus at Umzimkulu Total Garage at 21:50. I got to the bus stop at about 21:20 as I have a petrol slip from 21:21pm. as I was early I went into the shop and when I was walking out at 21:35 the bus was leaving already. tried to call Translux but was only able to get hold of them at 21:56. Simphiwe assisted me and he was to check where the bus was and he got back to me at about 22:10 telling me the bus is already on its way to PMB and the drivers waited for me for 45 minutes before they left at 21:52. This is a lie as I was with my family and none of us saw the bus there where we drove into the entrance that is just there by where the bus stops. I have now been told to reschedule and pay a penalty and VAT for tomorrow. I needed to be in JHB by tomorrow morning and I was at the bus stop on time and the bus drivers are lying about their being at the bus stop at 21:50 as scheduled. this is really bad service from such a big company. today was not a busy day for people travelling back to work but I still needed to get to where I need to be. Shame on you Translux and your dishonest drivers
