Bus have not stoped at stop stepilated on bus tick

On Saterday 16 April 2016 my wife were suposed to get on a City to City bus at the Protea hotel at Klerksdorp 15H30 as the bus ticket stipelate. She have been there from 14h45 an waited at the Protea hotel where the bus were supose to stop. At 17h03 she called me and told me the bus were still not there, I told her to wait ther and called ***more than 20 times without answer, by 17h27 I try to call the customer care number *** but also to no answer, by 17h30 I got through to ***and talk to Maltsaki, she told me she will call the driver to hear where he is and will call me back, up to now she have not contacted me and it is now monday 12h54. This morning only I got through to city to city's Eping depo and they told me the bus have stoped at the Sasol petrol station next to the hotel, which my wife have thought were another rout's bus as it have not stoped at the Protea hotel. At after 17h40 a greyhoud bus stoped there and I paied for her to take that bus as there were no other choice as none of the numbers of City to city or Luxline's websites telephone numbers got answerd. I want to be re enbursed for all my extra expenses deu to City to City's faults!
