Bus from Nelspriut to Pretoria did not arrive

I booked a return bus ticket from Nelspruit to Pretoria and the bus did not come .They ended up allowing me to board Translux to Joburg more than an hour later .The bus arrived more than 3 hours of the scheduled time.I am so dissapointed as I missed my important meeting
