Bus driver doesn't stop at pickup and call center refuses to take my call.

<p>I booked a bus ticket from midrand to durban and the bus arrives an hour and a half late then doesn't even stop at the pickup point. The bus continues and leaves travellers behind even after being so late. The city to city website was down and no one answered the call center number. Then on monday when I do call the lady says my line is bad and cancels the call then when I call again she answers and doesn't say anything and ends the call. I have never ever in my life experience such disrespect and terrible service from a bus company. This company should be liquidated. There is no place for such utter trash.</p>
