Bus did not show up

My 87 year old Grandmother planned to travel from Grahamstown to Pretoria on Translux on Saturday 05 March. The bus was scheduled to leave Grahamstown at around 21:00. By 23:00 no Bus showed up, and she was left stranded. Since then we were unable to contact Translux as NO phone numbers work. We view this as gross negligence and will continue to pursue the matter until a formal explanation and apology is received, we also expect full reimbur*****t for the bus ticket.
