bus did not arrive and have been trying to contact

The bus did not arrive on the24th of July at 17:50 until 3am in the morning.I have called *** no help!! I also called *** but all was in vain.I want a refund my reference isSSL330 a return ticket for R 510. My banking details will be available when you request them! Please be advised I do not want any other booking I want my money back
