Bus Cancelled - Immediate Refund

I would like to Escalate and Urgent complaint on a bus ticket bought at Checkers Beaufort West Ticket number RLX4RN5KBF1F three tickets bought for travelling to Queens town giving a total of R970.00 - We waited at the Bus stop for hours and finaly received help from a Translux Driver on Bus CBM447GP cell number *** who confirmed Bus was cancelled.
