Broken promise

I am totally disappointed with the service, I got from one of their offices, first I was told my bus will be departing at 18h15 and at 16h30, I received a call saying I should make my way to the station at 17h00 as my bus, it's changed, due unforseen event, and when I got in the bus, my daughter and I didn't have a place to sit 😭 I feel violated, coz my daughter paid a full amount same as adult. What if I wasn't available, what were they going to say🤔
