bring back the sit numbers system when we make bookings

I made a booking for me and my son 4 years. On board the bus at Bosman station it was like we were getting in to train the people were pushing each other! When we on the bus we didn't find a space where I could sit next to my son as passengers preferred to sit at the window seat and didn't want to move. Now, my son was sitting far from me, and when he fell asleep the person sitting next to him it's not there care to see he is comfortable. I am worried as he can fall if the bus stop and you won't take any responsibility.

I am asking that you bring back the sit numbers when we book as this will help a lot even in terms of couples sitting far from each other.
