booking cancelled.

I made a booking on Computicket on the 12/10/2015 for a bus to Bizana and on the 16/10/2015 *** amount -R260.00. i called in to cancel and they told me it was done but i have to go to Park station to process a refund of which i told they i will not be able to do that, and they gave me these numbers to call for that department to process it for me (***) it been 2 months now i'm calling that number and nobody answers and when i call the call centre again they refer me back to the same number. i want my money back!!!!!
