Booking

During the Easter Period I made a booking from Eat London to Mthatha for the 3rd o April. Unfortunately I had a crisis at home and had to request for refund... The Gentleman at the Translux office said he cannot refund me but would rather kept my ticket until when I see fit to utilize it... I asked him what proof will I have and he said I would just have to any Translux office and tell them about my booking that I had cancelled and produce my ID card. To my surprise this is not the case and I don't have the ticket with me anymore therefore "any Translux office" isn't willing to assist and me and its not my fault cause I asked that guy several times what he's saying is correct cause I suspected such would happen. Now I'm loosing money and a ticket because of some men who failed to assist me accordingly. I will however when I do go to East London and its East London office make sure that men will forget me because of his stupidity failing to do the right thing instead of having a attitude he was working during Easter Weekend.
