Booked the bus that never arrived at the venue

I booked this bus for a return trip from Johannesburg to Ixop on January 6 2017 returning January8 2017 .The bus was supposed to pick me up at 19h30 and it never arrived as I was waiting for it from 6 pm.I phoned the number on the ticket and was never answered. I waited till 12 am then realised that I was going to be standing in that garage for the whole night and started looking around and making arrangements to pay transport to take me to some people's house as my life was in danger. I never slept that night and I still had to get transport to Jhb the following morning and pay cash yet I had bought the return ticket. I phoned to complaint, Christine Jacobs responded to my email after I was asked to email the complaint. She kept on telling me that they are investigating and eventually stopped responding to my emails when I asked for the feedback and my money refunded including the money I used to hire a taxi that night to the safe place.. I cannot believe how they treat their customers.my life was put in danger. Lost my money and spent even more money but I have not heard a word from them not even sorry. I would like people out there to know about my experience, I do not know if this only happened to me or this is the order of the day as I do not use this bus frequently.
