Booked bus for 7pm on the 08/01/16, bus came 10pm?

I booked a City to City Bus ticked to Kokstad for departure at 7pm on the 08 Jan 2016, I got there early(18:20pm ) BUT we were kept waiting at JHB Park station for 3 hours without any explanation as to the reason for the ridiculous wait.<br> This is very unacceptable, customer service is terrible as there mothers with kids in the rainy weather shivering cold waiting for hours.<br> I suggest Translux/City to City Management wakes up to this issue as it was not the first time such commuter negligence has happened and a lot of people who use the carrier are fed up & will switch to other alternative .
