Use City to City bus service at your own risky. PLEASE DON'T!. That's according to their male employee in a meroon T-shirt who was on duty at their Johannesburg Park Station office today 05/02/2024 between 12 noon and 1pm. I and a female passenger went to enquire why the 11 O'clock bus to Durban was still to arrive and I wanted to know why my daughter's 1pm bus to Bellville was still to rank few minutes before 1pm departure time.

He told the lady to "get away' get refund and go find a nother bus and stop negging him.

I told him he was rude and what he said was ******* and that kind of service was ******* too. His response was, "IF CITY TO CITY IS *******, AND YOU BOOKED ******* IT MEANS YOU ARE ALSO *******. WHY DID YOU CHOOSE ******* WHEN OTHER BUSES WERE THERE. YOU LIKE RUBISH SO YOU ARE ******* TOO? Go there, sit down and wait. If you don't want to wait go get your refund and go to a better bus service."

That kind of stinking Corporate arrogance deserves a national boycott, guys.

ITS NOW 14.41PM, THE BUS IN QUESTION THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO LEAVE AT 1PM TO BELLVILLE IN THE WESTERN CAPE IS STILL NOWHERE NEAR JOHANNESBURG PARKSTATION.

I now believe their employee. You can ignore him at your own risk, dont say I didn't deliver his message.
