Wednesday 27/5/2015 we got on board the translux in Paarl, we were told that im not allowed to transport a box of champagne with me to me wedding nowhere did i get that information from . As we wanted to place it back in the car the drivers told us no its fine, it would be at own risk. After we stop at Laingsburg and about to leave the 1 driver came to fetch me and told me we need to talk about the champagne, i thought it broke , he said i must pay them to which i were shocked out of my mind, i told him in front of my children and a lady sitting next to me i don't have money ` I am GETTING MARRIED`he then escorted me off the bus to draw him a R1000 for the transport of my wedding champagne. My kids were in a complete panic state because they thought the bus were going to leave without me , because the turned around waiting only on me. I want to know where my receipt is or where is my money? On return from klerksdorp 31/5/2015 we had to drive without a heater for 14 hours everybody were freezing the driver took dangerous chances my son of 11 sat awake and said mommy we are going to die on the bus today , toilet weren't working half of the time so what the hell.
