Bad transportation service

I am utterly devastated from a wasted trip with translux/city to city.

After getting stuck on a bus in Rouxville. For 30 hours straight with no help whatsoever from the company. I suffered a lot from this trip and I have emailed this company from the time and day of the incident , but no response to even offer their apologies. This business lacks good customer care and humility. I want my full refund for that trip and they can terminate me in their services honestly this is **** .

Also the buses are old and worn out, because they second trip back the bus had an issue when the road is on incline. This shows how negligent this transport company is, bear in mind the trip had 50+ passengers, children included.

They somehow are affiliated with PRASA and that is who I’m addressing next.
