Bad service,bad attitude

Firstly buses were delayed with no communication whatsoever from staff,only to be put in a bus with a very rude driver who was bad at giving instructions and shouting at customers for being confused(reg no:Zgx680 gp). Please train staff members to treat customers with respect.To think this company was my favorite when it came to transportation...I don't think I'll make use of this company anytime soon
