bad service/ incompetency

I bought a. Ticket at jet for citytocity. When i got to the buses at park station i was told my ticket has no service number i went bac and forth no one knew what to do then the consultant gave me attitude that the ticket is fine. Meanwhile the bus drivers couldnt let me in without that number. Please educate your staff
